Everyday user support and basic tasks:

Setting up email accounts, printers and Wi-Fi
Installing software (such as Office, browsers, antivirus, ZIP tools, VLC and other multimedia applications)
Password resets, troubleshooting and remote support
Simple website content updates

Price: €85.00/hour (including VAT)

For more advanced technical tasks and configurations:

Remote access (RDP), port forwarding and shared folders
User permissions, NAS devices and firewalls
Network printers, network testing and router configuration
Managing VPS environments on Linux, BSD and Windows: deployment, monitoring and upgrades.
Wi-Fi access points, NVR systems and IP cameras (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, pfSense and OPNsense)
Basic programming (Bash, PowerShell, batch, PHP, Python, JavaScript, Java and Excel)
Building Joomla! and WordPress websites

Price: €120.00/hour (including VAT)

Services for more demanding environments with on-premises or hybrid infrastructure:

Installing and configuring Windows/Linux servers
Virtualisation with Proxmox, VMware, QEMU and KVM
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and file servers
Data backup and recovery
VPN solutions (OpenVPN and WireGuard) and virtualisation (Hyper-V and Proxmox)
Advanced programming (Bash, PowerShell, batch, PHP, Python, JavaScript and Java)

Price: €140.00/hour (including VAT)

Consultancy for businesses planning to expand or modernise their IT environment:

Prices include 22% VAT.
The first billable hour is always charged in full, regardless of the actual time spent. Subsequent work is billed in 30-minute increments.
After the first hour work is billed in 30-minute increments (0.5 hours).
Time includes preparation, diagnosis, work carried out and any necessary documentation.
On-site work beyond 20 km → additional mileage (€0.43/km).
Contract packages are available at reduced rates for ongoing support.
